Cynthia worked for Humana and the Daughters of Charity National Health Care System’s hospitals in human resources, quality improvement, operations and training.

With a Masters in Adult Education,
Cynthia is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources. Cynthia is certified to train both DDI and Achieve Global.

Cynthia has helped clients improve their bottom line with a mix of high value consulting and training services.
