Specializing in eating disorders, she supports long term wellness in recovery. Utilizing Family Based Treatment and Maudsley method, special services are offered for children, teens and families.

A second focus is working with women who are navigating difficult decisions and choices around marital problems before, during and after divorce.

Seeing the therapeutic journey as collaborative, a safe space is offered to explore areas of imbalance and distress. Approach is tailored to suit your strengths and needs.

Common Ground for Teens Group provides ongoing out-patient support to teens in recovery from anorexia with an emphasis on building the skills and confidence needed to prevent relapse into symptoms.

Yoga for Recovery Gentle yoga and breath work designed to enhance recovery through the promotion of balance, flexibility, mindfulness, alignment and an ongoing commitment to wellness.
