Alexander G. Henlin represents insurance and reinsurance carriers and other business entities in a wide variety of complex claims and coverage matters, as well as commercial disputes.
A trial lawyer, Alex counsels his clients in matters that could develop into litigation and provides full representation before state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Alex secured a favorable result for a reinsurance client in the arbitration of a complex property damage case, which involved bad faith claims under law.
Alex successfully briefed and argued a case a first impression involving franchise rights for a business litigation client before the New Hampshire Supreme Court.

He also provided broad representation to clients in commercial contract disputes and securities law matters.
He is chair-elect of the Young Lawyers Division. He will serve as chair of the division in 2010-11.
Alex is also active in the Reinsurance Bar Association, where he is a regular contributor to the newsletter.
He is the current president of the Georgetown Club of Boston, the university’s official alumni club. He also serves as an interviewer for the undergraduate admissions office.
