Anita L. Wills shares stories about her heritage. She began documenting her mother’s lineage and found Revolutionary War Soldiers and others who contributed to American History. Because of the documentation, Wills vowed to write and record the history of those with extraordinary achievements.
She is an experienced lecturer and author of Notes and Documents of Free Persons of Color and provides historically accurate information. She includes newly uncovered information on Mary and Patty Bowden, Charles and Ambrose Lewis, the Lancaster and Northumberland County Va Pinn Lines, Sarah Evans-Pinn, and their allied lines. She also includes information on DNA testing and genealogy and a how-to for beginning researchers.
