BJ Gallagher Hateley, specializing in: workforce diversity, dealing with change, innovation and creativity, customer service, motivation, communication skills, and specialized programs for women.
She has worked with many corporate clients as well as professional associations, nonprofit groups, and government agencies. Her clients include: DaimlerChrysler, Chevron, IBM, Nissan, Volkswagen, CBS, Baxter Health Care, Phoenix Newspapers Inc., American Lung Association, U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service, American Press Institute, Certified Grocers of California, among others. She makes frequent presentations at conferences and professional gatherings.
She had key responsibilities in the areas of high-potential leadership development, management assessment and development, workforce diversity, teambuilding, recruitment and selection training, sales training, and customer relations.
Hateley is a Phi Beta Kappa, having earned her Bachelor’s degree Summa Cum Laude in the field of social psychology.
She has completed the course work for a Ph.D. in Social Ethics.

BJ Gallagher Hateley has served as a Commissioner Productivity Commission, as a Board Member (ASTD). She is an active member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, and PEN Center USA West.
