Bruce Tepper, M.B.A., CTC and CITE (Certified Incentive Travel Executive), (JTA) a travel and tourism industry marketing and management. He provides marketing and management services to a broad spectrum of travel and tourism industry clients throughout the world.
Tepper holds and MBA in Management and MA in Education and an undergraduate degree in History.
Mr. Tepper’s views and articles have appeared in both travel and MICE (meeting, incentive ,conference & exhibition) related US industry trade publications (Travel Weekly, Travel Agent, Incentive, Corporate & Incentive Travel, etc.) as well as trade journals in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore and most of Southeast Asia.
Tepper spent many years in the meetings and incentive travel industry. Beginning his career as a buyer of meetings, incentive programs and trade show services for a major automotive parts manufacturer, he went on to work in sales and management for several major MICE organizations including managing a sales force that covered the entire upper Midwest.
He’s personally designed a number of incentive programs from rules structure to reward. He’s served on the International Board of Directors of Site (Society of Incentive & Travel Executives) as well as being a trustee in their foundation.
Tepper’s past and present clients have ranged from smaller travel and tourism organizations to a who’s who list of the travel and tourism industry including organizations such as AAA, American Express, Carlson, Virtuoso, Signature Travel Network, WESTA, and industry trade organizations in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Columbia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, Bahrain, India, Israel, Ireland, Chile, Morocco, Singapore, Indonesia, United Kingdom, Vietnam, Monaco, Greece, Mexico, United Arab Emirates & Thailand.
