Burt Bertram, Ed.D., productively identifies, understands, and addresses the issues affecting the quality of their lives and the satisfaction and/or productivity of essential relationships (personal or business).
He has a Doctoral Degree in Counseling (Ed.D.) and a master’s Degree in Counseling. He is a licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Burt Bertram provides groups, teams, boards, organizations, and communities, planning and goal-setting meetings and team-building initiatives. Burt delivers performance improvement, offering various personal, interpersonal, and management development programs.
Conflict Resolution: Using his counseling skills, Burt assists individuals and groups in productively identifying, addressing, and resolving sensitive interpersonal differences and conflicts.
Dr. Bertram teaches a wide range of graduate courses in the Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling Program.
Burt is most professionally satisfied when helping resolve sensitive, complex, and essential “people-related” issues.
