Captain Shannon Jipsen, confront fear and succeed! If given too much power, primary concerns in life can be paralyzed. Shannon Jipsen presents these basic fears and shares her story of overcoming fear and succeeding in life. She shares the how-to for conquering fear and inspires others to confront their fears and succeed.
Shannon conquered her fear of flying as she became an airline pilot and is currently a captain of an Airbus 300.
She has a unique motivational success story that will encourage audiences of any age.
Shannon inspires with her confidence, energy, and enthusiasm. Shannon has years of experience in Aviation Safety and Accident Investigation. She began working with the Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) Working Group.
She has taught classes in Accident Investigation and Aviation Safety and given numerous presentations for firefighters.
She has also been a flight instructor, flown air charters, and has been an airline pilot.
She’s been a check airman on the B-727 and flies the Airbus 300.
She also teaches technical programs related to the aviation industry.
