Act Different, Think Different and Change is a new keynote presentation and “break-in-the-day” workshop presented by The Juggling MATRIX. Our world is different now – our work lives and personal relationships are daily redefined, rebuilt and renewed. This program explores the struggle to juggle change and the steps we can take to achieve balance. Using the physical skill of “keeping all the balls in the air,” Carlo Pellegrini takes participants on a journey of juggling more balls than they have hands, time or experience for. Through skilled facilitation, each group will discover their basic assumptions about what they can and want to achieve and how to act differently – using lessons from the art of juggling.
Carlo Pellegrini, motivational speaker, consultant, teambuilding trainer and advertising executive, has taught over 30,000 executives, managers and salespeople his model for turning Fear into Courage – The Juggling Matrix.
He has supported his behavioral research by working with several start-up firms in the capacity of organizational consultant and business strategist. His seminar “Act Different. Think Different. Change!” has most recently grown out of this work. The very common themes of expectations, fear of failure, thinking differently, focus and flexibility are wrapped into the core of this dynamic program.
Carlo draws on a myriad of life and work experiences for his programs: strategic planning and business model development for several start-ups and social services agencies; VP, Business Development of advertising agency; director of sales and training for a top 20 publishing firm.
In addition, he ran away to join the world’s smallest circus at the age of 19, performing as a Clown, was a lead dancer with the internationally acclaimed Nikolais Dance Theatre, was seen in the movie “Popeye”, made TV and radio commercials and worked for the Big Apple Circus as Ringmaster and Clown.
