THE BUSY BOYCOTT: How to be More Productive and Less Busy at Work (and Life)
Sometimes, being busy makes us feel better. If we’re busy, it’s easy to feel that we matter more, right?
But I’ve found that staying busy can keep us from focusing on what really matters, true productivity, meaningful work, and sometimes even knowing ourselves.
It’s easy to hide behind busyness as a distraction from the GOOD work of our lives. Courtney will help your audience/s recognize their busy triggers, identify ways to more productively and proactively boycott busy for improved clarity and meaning in their work and in their lives.
SHOW UP TO YOUR LIFE: Eliminate Distraction and Create More Presence for Your Life and Those You Love (for women’s groups)
The most important thing you can do for your family, your work and your heart is show up and be fully present.
Courtney was living the “American Dream”. A great job, making good money, big house, fancy things…but it was killing her. Her wake up call came when her doctor sat her down to explain her newfound diagnosis — Multiple Sclerosis.
That diagnosis set her on a course of reclaiming her life.
Courtney slowly charted a course toward elimination — elimination of the stress, the crippling debt, the stuff she’d packed into her house…to find a new life with a lot LESS stuff, but so much MORE meaning, love and peace.
Courtney shares with women how they too, can reclaim the life they’re longing for by helping them create a “why to” list and then share “how to/s” with specific recommendations for their journey back to themselves.

BE MORE WITH LESS It’s high time you create the space and attention for what matters most to you at home and at work by eliminating needless decisions, meaningless clutter, destructive relationships and anything else standing in the way of a life that makes you smile 99 times a day.
Be more with less is about simplifying your life and really living. Courtney will walk audiences through how living with less creates time and space to discover what really matters. Through de-cluttering, and focusing on the best things instead of all the things, the audience will learn to create a life with more savings and less debt, more health and less stress, more space and less stuff, and more joy with less obligation.
SIMPLE IS THE NEW BLACK A simple wardrobe won’t just change your closet, it will change your life.
Courtney teaches audiences:
• The benefits of a capsule wardrobe or uniform
• How to pare down the closet
• Other practical ways to reduce decision fatigue
