She has worked with her clients to create empowering and motivating work settings through visionary leadership, and dynamic teamwork. Dana’s work has included Leadership programs, Team development and assessment programs, and long term organizational culture change.
Dana has worked in a wide range of companies including, The Walt Disney Company, Forte Hotels, Children’s Hospital, Qualcomm Inc., AT&T, NASSCO, Kelco, and the United States Navy.
Dana holds a degree in Organizational Communication.
She teaches in the Certificate Programs for Management and Leadership, Human Resource Management and the Management Development.
