Chiropractic:
Chiropractic treatment restores proper physiology, re-establishes proper skeletal motion, and optimizes nerve flow. The primary objective of chiropractic care is to remove skeletal fixations and place the body in a position that maximizes function and healing. Chiropractic treatment addresses the source of a health issue rather than the symptoms by detecting, reducing, and correcting skeletal misalignments and nervous system dysfunction.
Chiropractic Adjustment: The chiropractic adjustment is the primary technique of the Doctor of Chiropractic. uses It is a robust health procedure performed by hand or with a small handheld instrument. The chiropractic adjustment restores proper motion and function to
the skeletal system, thus re-establishing adequate nerve flow and placing the body in the optimal position to heal itself.
Subluxation is a skeletal misalignment (a joint lacking its proper motion) that can cause nervous system dysfunction.
Treatment Plan: Dr. Ozello’s main objective is to increase health, fitness, and functionality while removing pain and symptoms through chiropractic adjustments, muscle stretching, and muscle work. After a thorough consultation and examination, chiropractic adjustments are utilized to restore proper skeletal motion, and muscle stretching and muscle work are employed to treat the surrounding structures.
The patient is taught about health, exercise, fitness, stretching, flexibility, strengthening, nutrition, posture, ergonomics, and preventive measures.
Treatment is more frequent in the initial phase of care than is reduced as the patient returns to optimal health and function.
Health is Optimal mental, physical, and social function and well-being, not merely the absence of disease, pain, and symptoms.
Ergonomics: The study of body positioning that maximizes efficiency and minimizes the potential for injury.
Posture: The carriage of the body as a whole.
Fitness is the state or condition of being physically and mentally healthy through exercise and proper nutrition.
Exercise: Activity that requires physical or mental exertion when performed to develop or maintain health and fitness.
