Dr. Ken Baskin is a writer, lecturer, and consultant, specializing in applying the principles of Complexity Theory to organizations.
A fellow of Coherence and Emergence, his current projects include exploring the dynamics created when people enact the stories they tell, to themselves and others, and developing an East/West model for businesses operating in both.
He examines what happens when managers think of their organizations as living things.
He has presented at World Future Society Annual Conference, the Rand Corp. Workshop on Complexity and Public Policy, a Complexity Management Forum, International Nonlinear Sciences Conference, and the Complexidad Conference.
Dr. Baskin’s clients have included ITT, Air Products,Monsanto, and Verizon.
