Ed Butowsky is an internationally recognized expert in the investment wealth management industry.

Ed started his career with Morgan Stanley and was a Senior Vice President in private wealth management. In his 18 years at Morgan Stanley, he was the firm’s top producer nationally as well as the first advisor to surpass one billion dollars in assets under management.

Ed is the creator of the Chapwood Index, a real cost of living index that attempts to show, on a quarterly basis, a more accurate figure for cost of living increases in the nation’s top 50 major metropolitan areas.
Butowsky launched, a private wealth management advisory firm focusing on providing comprehensive financial counseling and investment advice to wealthy families and individuals.
Recognizing the need for high-quality alternative investments, Ed launched a registered investment company designed to work with RIAs (registered investment advisors) and broker dealers around the country, providing accessibility to top-tier hedge fund managers that are usually unavailable to most individual investors.
