Frank claims “It’s the only college in the world where the class clown, and the most likely to succeed are both the same person!” It was San Francisco’s heyday of street performing and here he developed his unique wild brand of humor. He started playing the local comedy scene, and would often play on the same bill with folks like a young Dana Carvey, Robin Williams, Whoopie Goldberg, Bob Goldthwait and others. He fell into an audition and landed a role with Mickey Rooney & Ann Miller, in the Broadway hit ‘Sugar Babies’. He travelled the country with them, earning rave reviews, and a nomination for a ‘Helen Hayes Award’ (best supporting actor in a touring production). Soon ‘The Tonight Show’ was banging on his door, and after the routine he did with Johnny Carson lots more television, live shows, corporate dates, plus European tours, and more. “I have the best job in the world!” The despondent knife-thrower fresh from a divorce The Indian Guru with his own brand of ‘extreme yoga’
