Gina Otto, is creating a global movement of girls helping girls around the world. Girls in the developing world deal with issues of trafficking, violence, forced labor, poverty, poor healthcare and lack of education.
As a children’s advocate, Gina Otto, has traveled the world collecting stories from young girls of different backgrounds and cultures, discussing the issues that they face. She will share what she’s learned about the resilience of girls everywhere and how you can help provide your support.
Gina leverages the modern fairy tale of Cassandra’s Angel to help audiences uncover the stories we are given from the people in our lives about who they think we are, and teach them how to drop those stories to become who we came here to be.
Gina Otto, a powerful and inspirational speaker addresses the subject of how women are portrayed in the media and how people can overcome narrow perceptions of what is beautiful.
Gina believes that if we join together we can collectively make real change in influencing which messages the media is giving to us, and perhaps more importantly, to our daughters.
