He has had extensive classroom teaching experience in both inner city and suburban schools.
He has taught at four major universities and has published many articles on motivation, teamwork, the effects of stress on school success and self-esteem.
He serves on the Executive Board of the National Council for Self-Esteem.
Dr. McCarty clients have included big city school districts such as New York, Cleveland, Chicago, Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Miami and suburban and rural districts throughout North America.
