Lieutenant Colonel Nark is recognized by the Army as being an expert in Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Warfare, and has graduated from the Armed Forces Command and General Staff College.
In her 40’s, Janis went into business to market her clothing designs. She is president of her own corporation and her fashions are marketed nationally and internationally under her private label; JJ Snow, Ltd. Janis serves as a director on the boards of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund and the Veterans Resource Network Association.
With her comrades accusing her of wanting to be a stand-up comedian, she became a Professional Motivational Speaker.
