Dr. Sampler is dedicated to understanding the implications of electronic commerce, currently researching the Internet as a driving force in the transformation of many industries. In particular, he studies the development of new small start-up firms and how they are altering the pace of innovation and challenging traditional industry leaders. He regularly advises the executive boards of the largest global companies on strategic implications of the new economy. He has been featured in Newsweek and has appeared on BBC Radio and CNBC.
