He eventually became their Vice President of Operations. Jim also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Henrici’s Restaurants, Inc.
Jim moved on to serve as President of the largest Dinner House chain in California with over 7,000 employees. Jim was credited for a dramatic improvement in profit performance and customer service satisfaction over a ten year span.
