Jim Moore, focuses on communication, advising to the hospitality and service industries.
Jim’s ability to combine quality service with good management made him a turnaround specialist. Jim began his business career as a management trainee with the Stouffer Foods Corporation. He eventually became their Vice President of Operations. Jim also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Henrici’s Restaurants, Inc.
Jim moved on to serve as President of the largest Dinner House chain in California with over 7,000 employees. Jim was credited for a dramatic improvement in profit performance and customer service satisfaction over a ten year span.
Jim uses amusing and insightful stories. Jim is a storyteller. His experiences as President of a large service company provides useful information. Jim has decades of hands-on experience. He is well qualified to teach others what mistakes to avoid and what positive steps to take to assure personal success.
Jim is an internationally known in the service and hospitality industries. He has direct experience with companies such as Sheraton Hotels, Bridgestone/Firestone, National Restaurant Association, Hotel & Motel Association, and Pizza Hut.
