Exercises and a plan of action will be addressed.

Its what we all go through all of our lives and still – no one tells us how to deal with grief, loss and pain.
Education issues and stages of grief are discussed. Learn that life is a series of good-byes and that we need to know that losses are normal.
Even losing mentors, jobs, friends, dreams and relationships needs to be discussed. Loss that is unexpressed can cause illness.
Forgiveness, healing and strategies for letting go are discussed.
