As a lifelong enthusiast, Ken Petty uses his 28 years of unique automotive experience (including 15 years retail). Because of his vision and keen insight, Ken has developed a reputation as a leader and innovator in the retail sales.
Besides North America, regions such as the Middle East, Pacific Rim, and the Caribbean are a few of the venues where Ken has conducted sales and product training. His experience includes over 4,000 seminars for over 100,000 sales people from 63 different countries for over 30 different automotive manufacturers.
Some of the high profile programs Ken has been involved with since inception include Saturn, Infiniti and the NADA Salesperson Certification. Not only did he participate in conducting the training seminars, he was also instrumental in the design and development.
Part of the uniqueness in Ken’s style is that he goes beyond just the “what” and provides the participants with the “why” and the “how-to.” Consequently, participants gain information, insight, and instruction.
