Kerry G. Denson, Brigadier General (Retired) explains the importance of timely, accurate information and communication and how to implement an effective system.
General Denson is a graduate of the Army’s Command and General Staff College, the Air Force’s Air War College, and numerous military training courses. He holds a degree in Business Administration.
His presentation includes the importance of a personal vision as well as an organizational vision and why.
Gen Denson has lead everything from his own aircraft crew in combat, at age twenty, to commanding over 7700 Soldiers.
He has trained and deployed these Soldiers and their units all over the world.
His leadership experiences are based on real world events and situations, not theory from a book.
He is a highly decorated combat pilot having been awarded the Distinguished Service Medal, the Silver Star, the Distinguished Flying Cross, the Bronze Star, Purple Heart, 35 Air Medals and many additional awards and decorations.
He has flown over 10,000 Hours, 1277 of them in combat.
During his career Gen. Denson began collecting “Leadership Tools” that he put into his own “Leadership Toolbox”.
His presentation shares these tools with your leaders. He understands that Leadership is a universal human trait that all people, all race, color, creed and cultures, will react favorably to good quality leadership.
His presentation is dynamic, humorous, engaging and usable by every organization the very next day.
His tools will not cost an organization any additional money to implement, just use the resources they already have, time and people, differently.
His presentation will provide organizational leaders with the tools they need to gain trust, confidence and respect from those they lead.
The employees will have increased loyalty, greater productivity, decreased absenteeism, less turnover, and for the organization, a better Bottom Line.
Gen. Denson’s Bottom Line: When your employee’s are at that last stop light on their way to work tomorrow morning, he doesn’t want them “Grinding Their Teeth”.
In fact, he will enable your leaders to create an environment in which your employee’s are not only happy and satisfied to report to work, but will willingly tell others why they are proud to work there.
Let him give your Leaders the Tools they need!
“General Denson’s presentation was dynamic and fun while at the same time serious. If we use the tools he suggested, no doubt we will improve morale; have less absenteeism, decreased employee turnover as well as a better bottom line.”
“General Denson hit the nail on the head about motivation and leadership. His background offers additional creditability when he speaks on the subject. He has a great presentation style that keeps you riveted to each point and story. In addition, he packed a lot of good information is a very short amount of time. We really need to hear more!”
