Kristin was a director for a large health care system. She introduced progressive programs and implemented extensive internal changes by developing staff, building relationships and restructuring client-facing departments. As part of her goal to build a culture of service, she delivered two key milestones in the enterprise’s 5-year strategic plan and significantly improved system-wide performance metrics.
She was ranked first among 250 consultants worldwide for her skills in teaching conflict management.
