Lauren’s uniquely diverse background spans the full range of nutrition communications – from expertise in highly technical food labeling regulations to writing for consumer, trade and professional audiences as well as a specialty in cultural dietary practices.

Lauren established the Regulatory Affairs department for Vlasic Foods World Headquarters and has developed label copy for hundreds of items including novel ingredients, unprecedented formulas, gourmet award winners and Kraft Foods’ first fat free products.

She’s published in Prepared Foods and Food & Drug Law Update, covered conferences for Food Chemical News and served as Contributing Nutrition Editor for Heart & Soul and Food Processing magazines;

Lauren is an achieved recipient of the distinguished Outstanding Entrepreneur Award from the Nutrition Entrepreneurs, Practice Group of the American Dietetic Association, the largest organization of food and nutrition professionals in the world; served on the Board of Directors and chaired committees for affiliate chapters of the Pennsylvania Dietetic Association, American Marketing Association, American Institute of Wine & Food and the Institute of Food Technologists; and Les Dames D’Escoffier.
