Lauren’s uniquely diverse background spans the full range of nutrition communications – from expertise in highly technical food labeling regulations to writing for consumer, trade and professional audiences as well as a specialty in cultural dietary practices.
Lauren established the Regulatory Affairs department for Vlasic Foods World Headquarters and has developed label copy for hundreds of items including novel ingredients, unprecedented formulas, gourmet award winners and Kraft Foods’ first fat free products.
She’s published in Prepared Foods and Food & Drug Law Update, covered conferences for Food Chemical News and served as Contributing Nutrition Editor for Heart & Soul and Food Processing magazines;
