Laurie Brown, experienced in diversity has earned a reputation as a highly engaging and effective professional whose work gets results.

She has worked with Ford, General Motors, GMAC, Volkswagen, the UAW and Visteon, Kmart… on subjects as varied as product knowledge, brand, marketing, sales, diversity, and customer service.

Her career has taken her across the United States and abroad, working with culturally diverse audiences at all corporate levels.

She is passionate on the subject of diversity and has worked with both corporations and unions helping them understand the power of a diverse workforce.

Laurie is equally passionate about caring for the customer. Because she believes all businesses need to be consumer oriented, she has worked with  plants, dealerships and corporations, helping them become more customer focused.
