Previously, he spent years in human resources, most recently as Corp. H.R. Dir. for Computervision when the company had 6,000 employees. Formerly an Adjunct Professor University’s School of Management, he holds a B.S. in Psychology, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior. He is the author of numerous magazine articles, including the award-winning published books.
