School & Teachers and Conflict Resolution

Teachers have too many kids with too many needs and too many parents leaving the schools to parent their children. Budget cuts and school board politics can get even more complicated for teachers. Often, teachers find themselves in situations they are not trained to handle; the frustration grows, and the outcome is never a good one, as you are not a psycho-therapist and, therefore, not trained in conflict resolution. With years of experience helping teachers deal with several student issues, most often bullying, I have developed methods to help teachers handle even the most sensitive situations and resolve situations before they escalate into something unmanageable. She has achieved great results by bringing a fresh and different approach, with a viewpoint from outside the school system.

She will help you create a road map to being your true self. I will help you achieve the life “you were supposed to live.”

Luan has a master’s degree in psychology and administration. She has a bachelor’s degree in nursing and is a certified specialist in psychiatric mental health nursing. She has certificates of achievement in business administration.

Luan has held various professional positions, including being appointed Director of Nursing at 25 years of age. She is a nurse entrepreneur and established a full-service mental health clinic which, under her leadership, obtained national accreditation in only two years of existence.

Luan has spoken professionally for many years as she has shared her national and international ideas.
