Lynn Brewer, Cultural integrity: is a former Enron executive, a brutally hard-hitting, factual account of her career at Enron. In her years at Enron, she was responsible for Risk Management in Energy Operations, the e-Commerce initiatives for Enron’s water subsidiary, and Competitive Intelligence for Enron Broadband Services.
During her tenure she witnessed numerous instances of illegal and corrupt dealings, including bank fraud, espionage, power price manipulation and the gross overstatements to the press, public and financial world. When attempts to notify those inside Enron of her knowledge failed, she notified the United States government, who refused to return her e-mails and telephone calls, making her story of persistence to get the truth out, particularly compelling to audiences worldwide in the wake of continued corporate scandal.
Prior to joining the energy giant, Lynn worked in forensic accounting and spent 18 years as a legal professional in private practice, until she joined Ralston Purina where she worked in Corporate Development for the General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer. Since leaving Enron, Lynn has become an outspoken advocate of cultural integrity and an internationally recognized speaker, providing compelling details into Enron’s rise and fall, leaving audiences shocked when they realize how vulnerable they are to becoming the next Enron.
She also consults in the area of corporate governance with an emphasis in reputation risk management and ethical literacy.
Lynn holds a Certification in Business Ethics and sits as the Chairman of the International Society of Ethics Examiners™ (ISEE)™, brings ethics to educate professionals and those interested in the welfare of the capital markets together to promote a common vision to create a Uniform Ethics Examination for the establishment of an industry of Certified Ethics Examiners. The objective is to rebuild investor confidence by establishing a set of ethical and disclosure standards created by ISEE’s Board and voted upon by its membership.
Lynn Brewer, known as Eddie Lynn Morgan before her marriage, is the author of the book Confessions of an Enron Executive: A Whistleblower’s Story. She is also the founder of the Integrity Institute which provides analytical research and education in the area of “structural integrity,” and she speaks at conferences or similar events.
See what audiences are saying: “You were amazing – bless you for having the courage to speak out. You have truly given me insight into the Enron disaster that I could not have possibly had without hearing you speak.
It was well worth staying to hear your story.” Dr. William Bennett “Lynn, you were outstanding! You brought so much added value to our event. Your professionalism, your command of the topic and your ability to convey genuine concern and caring were each profoundly felt by both the audience and the staff. We all felt that your willingness to accept responsibility and at the same time offer solutions brought a refreshing perspective to a topic that has been so widely discussed in a negative and unproductive fashion.
Your contribution to our day was both positive and productive.” Executive Producer – Wyncom “You were superb” Editor, Puget Sound Business Journal
“I really, really, really enjoyed your presentation. Yours is a message that needs to be heard by every CEO, CFO and employee”

Program Director – The Conference Board “I can’t begin to tell you how appropriate your message was for our company. You have clearly shown us how easily this can happen to any company.”
CFO Major private hospital organization “You could have heard a pin drop during your entire presentation. Your command of the audience was captivating.”
Audience Member – KPMG / Puget Sound Business Journal Corporate Governance Conference — “I must say you far surpassed my expectations with your presentation. I came expecting a legal perspective and came away with some very helpful knowledge of what I must do as a leader to prevent the development of a culture that would permit such behavior to go unchecked. You clearly demonstrated how even those who sought to “do the right thing” were swept into the wave of corruption.”
Confessions of an Enron Executive, she is also the author of SportsVision: Athletic Excellence through Visualization, a training manual for athletes, which contains a foreword by Lou Holtz and Mike Ditka, and is based upon her 15 years as a competitive and professional figure skater, as well as a coach.
