Marian Madonia, started her business career in the banking industry. She started at the bottom as a part-time teller in retail banking. Within 4 years, she became the Director of Corporate Training for a large savings and loan. Besides managing the training function, she taught seminars in management, sales, customer service, communication, and time management. She also worked for National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. She had two roles with the association. She managed 10 annual conferences on employee benefits and taught Financial Planning Seminars across the United States to employees and their spouses of the member organizations.
She is passionate about helping others to understand the dynamics of effective communication. She is known for her ability to look at the adversity in life and find the humor in it. Humor is her key to resilience. She helps businesses improve staff productivity, Leadership, Customer Service, Communication Skills and Maintaining a Positive Attitude & Motivation during Adversity.
Marian majored in Business Administration and achieved her Training Specialist Certificate from Georgetown University. Her clients include: Mail Boxes Etc., the Indiana State Government, Human Resources Canada, and the Archdiocese of Detroit. Marian has helped business’s such as Clairol, Pella Windows, & Lockheed Martin improve communication and staff ability to deal with change and difficult people situations resulting in improved workplace effectiveness.
