One of the most prolific researchers and writers in the development field during the 20th century, McKinley Conway has contributed more than 500 books, scientific papers, magazine articles, and special studies; and has spent 50 years planning, analyzing, observing or reporting on projects around the world. He has written some two dozen books for the economic development profession. Conway has been a frequent contributor to The Futurist.
