Mike A. Stafford, Ph.D., Industrial / Organizational Psychology, is a senior leadership and organization development executive who has worked for a variety of Fortune 500 companies, including Starbucks Coffee Company, PepsiCo, Freddie Mac, Litton Industries aka Northrop Grumman, and organizations such as Williams-Sonoma, Motorola, Boeing, Mazda Motors and DreamWorks SKG.
Stafford has distinguished himself by focusing on developing innovative solutions that anticipate emerging organizational needs and enhance an organization’s ability to reach its strategic business objectives.
