Paul E. McGhee, Ph.D.: Paul a pioneer in humor research, laying the groundwork for the current interest in the health benefits of humor.
After receiving his Ph.D. in developmental psychology, he spent years conducting basic research on humor and laughter while teaching at the university level.
He is internationally known for his own humor research, and has published over 50 scientific articles and 13 books on humor.
Paul offers programs on humor and health/stress management interested in learning more about the benefits of humor, and how to build them into your life.
His 8-Step Humor Skills program is used by organizations to develop the basic foundation skills required to learn how to use humor to cope with job / life stress, and develop the resilience required to remain effective on the job-even on the tough days.
