Rawsi Williams, J.D., B.S.N., R.N., CQRMS-LTC: You will leave feeling revitalized, rejuvenated, and empowered. Rawsi Williams holds a Law Degree and a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, Rawsi is a RN.

Rawsi Williams, commonly referred to as “The Evangelist” due to her sermonic speaking style.
She is a Registered Nurse and commences her, enrolled Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology.
Rawsi Williams works with healthcare professionals; healthcare organizations; defense attorneys in the areas of abuse, medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, slips/falls, and medical records reviews.
Rawsi also works for other RNs and Risk Managers, providing confidential behind-the-scenes best practice guidance.
Rawsi is a U.S. Army veteran who has been blessed with many years of healthcare experience, including Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) FL QIO Quality Improvement Coordinator
for 14 Nursing Homes, Director (and Assistant Director) of Nursing, Risk Manager, Wound Nurse, Care Plans/MDS Oversight, Multi-facility Quality & Risk, ALF, Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, CMS RAC
Inpatient medical necessity reviewer, Nursing Instructor, Hospice Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement Specialist, Home Health, & Staff Development.
She has served as a DON, including over a secured Alzheimer’s Unit. Rawsi has worked as an ADON, Unit Manager, Staff Developer, and Wound Care Nurse. She has served as QA Chair, Infection Control Chair. Rawsi has experienced the distinct accomplishment of filling occupancy to capacity and establishing a waiting list while DON (with no ADON to assist).
She has been trained in the military (medical records), and holds multiple certifications, and a history of deficiency-free complaint surveys.
Rawsi is certified as a CPR Instructor, Train the Trainer (CNA) and Proctor, Risk Management, CE Provider.
She holds Assessment experience: MDS, OASIS, ALF
(pertaining to assessments in correlation with 18-23).
