Dr. Ray Russell has been president or board member for two dozen corporate, civic and professional organizations. He served as the founding director of the Hill’s National Management Center at Kansas State University; President and Executive Director of the American Animal Hospital Association; President of Employ America SW, Executive Assistant to the Governor of Arizona with oversight of 35 State Departments and Offices. As a Certified Professional Behavioral/Values Analyst, he assists executives improve their performance, increase profitability and enhance their quality of life. His passion is leadership: He has conducted leadership development courses throughout the world. Dr.Russell has received numerous honors and awards for his service to his community, state and country including being named Citizen of the Year, Outstanding Young Man, Kansas State University & University of Phoenix Distinquished Alumni Awards. International Leadership Peace Award and the National Boy Scout Council has awarded him three of their top awards for his distinquished service to the youth of America.
