Rick retiring as a Sheriff with the rank of Captain, Seniff served first as an adjunct instructor, Professor with University in the Organizational Leadership and Supervision Department.
As Sheriff Seniff had the opportunity to utilize his extensive law enforcement experience and his knowledge of Organizational Management and Leadership to implement Strategic Planning and create a Mission and Vision statement for the Department.
He instituted new and creative programs to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sheriff’s Office and change the culture to reflect a more positive and professional image.
