Ronald Woods specializes in Personal and Professional development, Leadership, Team Building and Motivational teaching.
As a former Navy A-6 attack pilot aboard U.S.S. Nimitz, he authored and presented the Personal Excellence program and was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal by the Secretary of the Navy.
Captain Woods received the Navy Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal for his years of speaking to students in the public schools encouraging them to “Soar with the Eagles” and reach for their dreams.
Captain Woods served the nation in the Navy Reserves as Commanding Officer of the Center for Naval Leadership NRS.
Ronald holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Speech and Communication.
