Sam Khoury is a hands-on business turn around specialist… an actual practitioner who has repeatedly risked his entire net worth by acquiring troubled companies and betting that he can turn them around.
Sam has successfully completed more than a dozen turnarounds in a variety of industries (e.g. durable goods, manufacturing, technology/software, telecommunications, electronics, health care, and education & training). Khoury was the President and/or General Manager for subsidiaries of various Fortune 500 companies.
Sam is an advisor to various private equity groups and venture capital firms.
Sam is also an author,and helps CEOs get and maintain their businesses on track.
Sam is focused on teaching the “Art & Science of Running a business” and approaches to “Creating Extraordinary Results”. He occasionally co-hosted a radio program centered on crisis management and issues facing companies and their CEOs during the various stages of their life cycles.
