Sue Dyer, MBA was nicknamed the “Snake Lady” by the head of the world’s largest local union, and was the first woman in the U.S. to head a major collective bargaining unit for the construction industry. A certified negotiator from Harvard Law and a certified mediator from the Lemmon Institute, Sue has the practical theoretical basis for helping to bring people together and create strategies that work. Sue has helped to negotiate contracts for over 22,000 firms.
