Tiffany Edwards, CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive), on Leadership, Equity, Diversity & she is an Inclusion Expert.
Edwards is the Chief Operating Officer of a international firm. She focuses on operations as the organization serves individuals, corporations, entrepreneurs.
Tiffany is responsible for overseeing all operations of business, human resources and talent, strategic, enterprise and programmatic deployment planning.
Edwards’s leadership encompasses sales, strategic and enterprise resource planning, and public relations. Her experience includes executive project management, directorships, and information technology positions with organizations including the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens, and JP Morgan Chase.
She was a key staff member managing and supporting the strategic and long range planning and $60-million-dollar capital campaign for the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
She is a graduate of Walsh University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration – Management and Bachelor of Arts degree – Corporate Communications with a Minor in English Literature. She has held the distinction of Certified Fundraising Executive.
Tiffany is a nationally recognized voice on equity, diversity & inclusion, business strategy, and education. She contributes both nationally and internationally as the Global Philanthropy Chair for the Diplomats Diversi-Tea Gala which brings international ambassadors, consuls general, royalty and entertainment luminaries together to celebrate global diversity, unity, understanding, and inter connectivity.
She is actively involved with myriad civic and professional institutions, a strategist for Providence Serving People and Masters Preparatory Academy and a board member of The Collective, Weathervane Playhouse, the Greater Hope Foundation, and Pillars United.
She is a member of the National Placemaking Council, the NAACP Ohio State Conference, and a former Executive Board Member of the NAACP.
Tiffany received a Restorative & Social Justice Award, Bay Girls Rock Education Award, the National Action Network Award for Diversity, and the National Diversity Council’s Most Powerful Woman Award in Diversity & Inclusion Award.
For her decades of nonprofit service work and she received a special proclamation from House Minority Whip Emilia Sykes.
She is the founder of 2 companies and 4 nonprofit organizations.
