He as served as a training and organizational development resource for organizations large and small.
Tim has an innate gift in understanding what makes people tick and how to encourage individuals and groups to move beyond their comfort zones in order to maximize their potential.
His style is animated and dynamic.
Groups value his interactive approach and come away energized with new ideas to incorporate into their lives.
Tim earned his Master of Science in Education, while working in higher education, directing college programming and leadership development.
He is a certified high ropes and coastal sea kayak instructor.
He is a volunteer first res-ponder, NREMT and provides training in high angle rescue, multi-terrain rescue, and rescue team dynamics.
