Wayne I. Boucher is one of the world’s leading experts on the theory and use of applied futures research methodologies to support the development, evaluation, and implementation of policy options in client organizations, both private and public, in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Boucher, who began his career as a teacher of English, has also been an adjunct professor in schools of business, public administration, and arts and sciences.
