Sandra Ambrose, began her career in communications as a telemarketer. Ms. Ambrose became the National Training Director of Telemarketing for her employer.
She has served hundreds of client companies including Monarch Marking Systems, Roxanne Laboratories, Borden, Coca-Cola, McCluskey Chevrolet, Alcoa Building Products, Loewen Group, Prime Successions, Inc, Keir Educational Resources and St. Anthony Messenger.
Her articles have appeared in a variety of national publications. She has published numerous “How To” books on Burnout, Training Telemarketers to be Universal Agents and 101 Telemarketing Incentives. She has published many related audio and video presentations on training.
